Important

These general terms and conditions apply to all Ticket Orders made with worldcuptickets.info for FIFA WorldCup in 2010 by an individual or corporate or other entity (hereafter referred to as the Client).

1. NON-AFFILIATION

The Client is aware that worldcuptickets.info is an independent intermediary acting in the secondary market. worldcuptickets.info is in no way affiliated with, connected to or cooperating with FIFA commitie or organizers of this event.

2. PAYMENT

Client's payment must be made by wire transfer or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). All payments are non-refundable. Failure to have made correct payment to Worldcuptickets.info on the due date as set out in the Ticket Order, constitutes material breach of contract and the Ticket Order will automatically be cancelled by Worldcuptickets.info without prejudice to any other remedy it may have.

3. ORDER GURANTEE

All tickets sold by Worldcuptickets.info are guaranteed authentic. All tickets sold by Worldcuptickets.info will be delivered according to specifications in order and terms and conditions. In case of failure by Worldcuptickets.info to deliver according to above and according to our terms and conditions for any reason, Worldcuptickets.info will pay and return a sum equal to 105% of any deposits and/or payments for undelivered tickets.

4. PRICE

All tickets are sold at face value plus an additional amount representing the fair compensation for the costs, financial risk, work and difficulties involved in obtaining the required seating for the FIFA 2010 WorldCup in South Africa. All prices are inclusive of this additional charge.

5. DELIVERY

Worldcuptickets.info will deliver the tickets according to these Terms and Conditions and the Order Guarantee. Worldcuptickets.info will be responsible to send and/or deliver the Tickets to the address given by Purchaser. Purchaser is obliged to inform Worldcuptickets.info of any change in address with respect to where the Tickets may be delivered. However, Worldcuptickets.info may, at its complete discretion, instruct Purchaser to pick up the Tickets at a pick-up location specified by Worldcuptickets.info in or nearby the city of the Event. In case of Purchaser’s pick-up of the Tickets, any relevant delivery charge paid by Purchaser will NOT be refunded. Delivery shall take place upon arrival of the Tickets to the address appointed by Purchaser, or when made available on the relevant location for pick-up as the case may be, whichever occurs first. Worldcuptickets.info may at its sole discretion request that Purchaser after ordering the Tickets, provides Worldcuptickets.info with a copy of any credit cards used for ordering of Tickets or a copy of Purchasers identification papers, such as Purchaser’s passport. Worldcuptickets.info is entitled to retain any ordered Tickets until such satisfactory documentation is received. Worldcuptickets.info shall not be responsible for any delivery failures due to incomplete contact and delivery information given by Purchaser, neither lack of satisfactory reception facilities. Worldcuptickets.info will in each Contract indicate date and time of delivery or pick-up of the Tickets. Such dates are for guidance only, and Worldcuptickets.info reserves the right to deliver the Tickets on the actual day of the relevant Event, within a reasonable time prior to its start on the same day, without becoming in breach of the Contract.Normally all tickets are delivered latest 14 days prior to the event date. Purchaser is hereby informed of that Worldcuptickets.info may not be in possession of Tickets ordered hereunder at time of entry into Contract. Subsequent to formation of the Contract, Worldcuptickets.info will subject to the other provisions of the Contract obtain such Tickets in the second hand market.

6. REQUIRED INFORMATION

The parties acknowledge and accept that for security reasons it is essential that the name, address and passport number of each ticket user shall be available for the relevant policing authorities. Worldcuptickets.info shall have the right to demand such information and the Client shall upon such demand immediately furnish Worldcuptickets.info with the requested information. Client's failure to provide requested information will result in the non-delivery of ordered tickets, and all payments made by the Client shall be non-refundable.

7. CONTACT DETAILS

The Client shall by email or fax provide WorldCuptickets.info with any change of contact details, including whereto the tickets shall be sent, after the date of the Ticket Order. See also point 5 above regarding local delivery address in South Africa. Such change of contact details shall be sent by email or by fax.

Worldcuptickets.info is not responsible for the Client's non-receipt of tickets or returned tickets due to lack of information from the Client.

8. NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUPPLIERS /INDEMNIFICATION

Worldcuptickets.info undertakes no responsibility for its suppliers compliance with applicable law and/or the terms and conditions under which the tickets were acquired.The Client shall indemnify and hold harmless Worldcuptickets.info and each of its employees and directors from and against all or any claims, liabilities, costs, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal expenses) by reason of or arising out of Worldcuptickets.info provision of tickets to Client which its suppliers have provided or sold to Worldcuptickets.info or through Worldcuptickets.info in breach of contract with FIFA 2010 WorldCup and/or other official agents or in violation of applicable law.

9. RESTRICTIONS ON USE

Use of the tickets for promotional activities, such as, but not limited to games, lottery or competitions, is prohibited. The Client undertakes to inform each of the final ticket users of this limitation.

10. NO LIABILITY

Worldcuptickets.info provides tickets only, and shall not be held liable for or pay any form of compensation in the event of postponement of an event or cancellation of entire or parts of games or the entire Olympics. In cases of loss or theft or similar, the tickets will not be replaced or reimbursed by Worldcuptickets.info.

To the extent permitted by law, Worldcuptickets.info hereby excludes all other warranties, conditions and representations than those expressly provided herein. Worldcuptickets.info shall in no event be liable for any indirect loss or damage andWorldcuptickets.info`s liability shall not exceed the payment made for the relevant Ticket Order.

11. ALL ORDERS FINAL

All orders placed on Worldcuptickets.info for FIFA WorldCup in 2010 matches are final  and cannot be exchanged or cancelled under any circumstances. No refunds are given once your order has been recieved by us.

12. PRIVATE INFORMATION

Private information you give us are very useful for the transaction. Moreover, it will make your next orders easier and faster because your account will be already created and you will receive your orders directly at your address. You may also be contacted in case of cancellation, modification of the time or the place of the event.

We may ask you further information on the buyer identity and his address if the price of the order is quite important.

When you press SUBMIT at the end of your order process, you claim at the same time that you accept it as a whole, general sales conditions and order.
The proof of the transaction will depend on the information Worldcuptickets.info has received.

The way you will receive your tickets will depend on how you paid and the time remaining between the booking date and the event day.
Your tickets will be sent to you according your booking date and the time of your event.
